Mr. Wallace is CEO, Co-founder of HDVI, and is a board member, advisor and consultant/contractor with early and later stage high-growth companies.

Chuck is a business and operations leader, independent director / board member, and company advisor focused on both early and later stage high-growth companies. He helped create and build Esurance into a market leader as a co-founder and senior executive. He has since been part of the teams that have built Automatic, Ustream.TV, and uSell into industry leaders.

Chuck focuses on companies in the areas of innovative insurance (InsureTech), innovative mobility (Connected Cars, Autonomous Cars, Ride & Car Sharing), innovative financial services (FinTech), and companies that are at the intersection of these three major industry trends.

Mr. Wallace holds an MBA, Business & Emerging Technologies, and Doctor of Law (JD), Business and Corporate Law from University of Pennsylvania and a BE in Engineering Mechanics from United States Air Force Academy.
